IMPORTANT: Customs & Duties
We offer Free Global Shipping, BUT we do NOT cover customs fees.
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.
- All related charges are the responsibility of the recipient. YesDog has no control over these charges.
- If you refuse a package due to customs fees, the package will be abandoned. No refund will be issued in this case.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of limited-edition cyber-tech products and cryptocurrency transactions, all sales are generally considered final. We only accept returns for items that are verified as defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. "Change of Mind" Returns
If you wish to return a non-defective item, the following strict rules apply:
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Customs & Duties: The customer must pay ALL customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees incurred during the return process.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted to cover handling.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. Crypto Refunds
Refunds are processed in USDT (TRC20). The refund amount will be based on the USD value of the product at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for crypto market fluctuations.
